Return Policy

The following is our return policy for those products that are in poor condition when received at your home, or that you want to exchange.

We accept exchanges and returns within fifteen calendar days from the date of receipt of your package. The shipping address is: GM Racket Sports, S.L. Avenida Diagonal, 534, entresuelo izquierda 08006, Barcelona, Spain

Returned items must be in the same condition as when you received them, keeping the original packaging and boxes.

In case you have received a defective product, please send us an e-mail to info@gmracketsports.com indicating:

• Order number
• Attach an image showing the damage
• Reason for the exchange
• Devolución del dinero o cambio por el mismo modelo (en buen estado). En el caso de devolución del dinero, indicar la cuenta bancaria donde haremos el ingreso 24h después de haber recibido tu material y éste haya sido verificado.

As soon as we receive your package, we will verify the condition of the items to agree it with the e-mail you had previously sent us. Once verified, we will make the exchange or refund, as appropriate.

The cost of exchanges and returns will be borne by the customer. The return of purchased items is a right that you have as a customer and is regulated by regulations, where the return transport costs are borne by the customer.

In case of an exchange, the shipping cost of the new order must be paid.

You cannot return a product if it has already been used.
