We all know that the opponent we can never beat is the wall, it always comes back at you, so why not train more with it. We know that it is the best adversary, partner to warm up before a match, practice and, ultimately, to end up automating the strokes!
The wall, the court wall (fronton), is an ideal place to practice the different racquet strokes, especially those of tennis, padel and pickleball, although for some beach tennis can also be used!
